Handwritten letter by Nellie Conally and signed by she and John B. Connally, Jr. (1917-1993), who was JFK's Secretary of the Navy (1961-1962), Governor of Texas (1963-1969) and Nixon's Secretary of the Treasury (1971-1972). He was wounded by Lee Harvey Oswald in the Kennedy assassination in Dallas, Texas on November 22, 1963. This note was postmarked on Dec 31, 1963 just a month later.
